Every 6 months on schedule. Its more than just cleaning, and scaling. You get the doc to spot signs of trouble and stop them early.

11 months plus. Unless ur teeth are very weak every visit got one extra hole. Dun need to go every 6 months

about 11 months to one year ok one.

6 months is those ppl with teeth that decay for no reasons.
Acherly i am one of those people, plus my gums quite receded because i had late stage gum disease before. Lost 2 molars already due to bone loss.

If i didnt pick up my guts to get it treated, I really bo geh even before hit 40.

As long as you brush and floss everyday, once a year visit is fine as per my dentist advice.

How's the treatment process like?
Is it deep cleaning?
After that how often do you go back to do it again?
Yes, its deep cleaning, need to split it up in 2 weeks for half a side of your mouth.
Its like scaling, but 10X deeper and 10X more painful, need the anesthesia.
Then finish off with the laser to kill the bacteria deep below the gumline.

But I will tell you its the X ray they need to do that will shock you.
The amount of bone loss that the bacteria has eaten away, leaving your teeth loose, and gums receded.
Any dentist will tell you once your gums receded it won't grow back, same with bone mass.

No, i have not had to do deep cleaning since my treatment in 2018. But i have been regularly going dentist 6 monthly to ensure everything is in control. I have taken even stricter care of my teeth since recovery.
So far so good, no more teeth dropped out. The fortunate thing for me is I have my 4 wisdom teeth intact and no collisions.

I will advise anyone who notices frequent gum bleeding during teeth brushing to seek advice, that is the earliest stages of gum disease that can be treated without the pain I gone through.
I will tell you under no normal circumstances you brush your teeth and your gums bleed.
Gum bleeding is the sign of things to come, address it ASAP.

i have all 4 wisdom tooth and all my original teeth. none dropped out before. i scale myself using a titanium dental scaler, change toothbrushes frequently, brush 2x a day and use my nails to remove dental plaques which start forming after a meal

never used a dentist and my teeth feels sturdy and painless
