How to avoid saturated fat in hawker food

i leemember chiur margarine margarine comments
Margarine & those biscuit shortening is saturated fat hokay.

pls go for deep sea fishes / olive oils their fat r poly / mono saturated

But !
usually animal fat &extra virgin olive oil & coconut fat can endure higher temp ,
many plant fat hv low boiling point, so if high heat cooking like our Asian style cooking … just eat animal fat or less oil.. outside cook mybfd

thing w lesser fat % fish soups
Yong tau foo
Seafood soups
Soon kueh
Sushi
Meenhoonkueh

Not that many less fat things

E rice n fish safe
but the oils to cook n sauces hmm… all will hv some % of saturated fat

but salmon good fat can balance some % bad fats. So yea it s healthier than fried rice or charkuehtiao la

I am confused when i check the food label and learnt that butter have more saturated fat and transfat than those fake butter...o_O
