Multivitamin and minerals
Eat fruits and vege even more expensive and got sugar and calories.

Yes all expensive piss.
Our body cannot naturally process the excess whatevers in vitamins and supplements.
The rest simply gets flushed out as piss.
No wonder my piss so yellow.
I also drink Metamucil. So my poop is orange.
