How to block <adv> sms spam?

already signed up for DNC, but waiting for it to kick in

used to use iblacklist , anyone on ios7 can give me some tips?

really hate those spam smses.

tried google, but the number blockers doesnt really work coz always got new spams with new numbers

on ios 7, the blocked numbers feature works. Calls, iMessage and sms from blocked numbers will still come in but you will never know, cos there won't be notifications (missed or read), no ringtone, no vibration, no nothing. Your phone will just.. keep quiet..

Well, I know it is a hassle to keep adding new spam numbers to block (don't even know have limit or not), but it works..
