Default 019 is a singtel IDD service. (YES i know gomo is singtel, but i think 019 services is not provided to GOMO users).

In the old days you need to sign up IDD services from service provided to access or buy a prepaid IDD card (same like GOMO $5)

If I'm not wrong, my understanding is,
-- If you have not bought the Gomo IDD add-on -- you cannot make IDD calls.

That means you MUST BUY the $5 Gomo IDD add-on FIRST -- then you have $5 IDD credit.
