How to clean the bathroom wall tiles

Anyone has any idea... The tiles are not shiny anymore. Now, it seems to have an outer coating on the tiles. How to remove them?

Bleach is the best to clear. Best is to get a wireless drill and fix with a sponge pad to clean will have better effect.

melamine sponge.
bleach.
bleach + washing powder solution. Spray on, wipe, wait. Rinse off
