They say

Tap Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage.
Tap Manage Storage.
Tap an item in Documents and Data.
Slide unwanted items to the left and tap Delete.
Tap Edit > Delete All to remove all the app's data.

But mine i cannot tap on the documents and data? Im using 9.3.5.

Thanks!

On home screen, press power button till you get the option to off the phone. Do not turn off the phone. Just hold home button till phone goes back to home screen. Its clearing the RAM. I too don't see any option to clear app cache, but this is the closest.

be careful about using any software to clean OS unwanted files

it may be just replacing junk with junk

best to just reset to factory settings

of course - back up before you do that

then, after factory reset - go and update to latest OS first

when that's done, then install the app or programs you want, avoiding those that are infrequently used

i do this for PC and other IT devices regulary

Unless jailbroken. No other way except factory reset.

Try the program I linked.

The software I stated works. U can confirm before and after using it in yr settings -phone storage . It does clears gigabytes of junk.

Have been using it without any problem.

U can't. I think the apps which bloat up yr phone are rare eg. Online streaming apps ect.
Most of the bloat are temporary OS files is ect.

This is just like soft reboot clears the ram content but will not speed up yr device in the long run . Os bloat is due to junk. Yr device which flash storage will become slower since flash storage needs free space to read and write.

What I do is to just delete and reinstall the app.

Just did this with Reeder and Dropbox and claimed back over 5 gb of storage.
