how to create own email address??

Hi all,

i need to create my own email address for my company...

Thinking of usiing gmail cos of its big storage space, cloud services and FOC.

but it feed weird to have company email ending with @gmail.com

Hence is there a service
1) that can allow me to create /change email address? lambert@ XXXcompany.com

2) that allow me to forward emails to the "new address" to gmail ? to tap on the huge storage space and services??

Gmail does corporate email services too. Iirc seagate is using them now too.

Use google apps. You can buy a domain for only USD10 per year from them. After that your domain is used with google apps for the whole suite of services. Email. Web page. Content management. File sharing.

So far I can see blogger in the google apps dashboard. Not sure if that helps.

U should ask Google support ? I did not use Google Apps for my web page. Only the email and storage.

Can try going into the cpanel of your company website's webhost. From there, you can create an email address ending with xxxxx@companyname.com

yes. pricing as changed recently. it is $5 per user per month now.

Ya using it. They did have a price change last year,didn't realise change so much. Last time indeed usd10 yearly for private mail storage,domain and many free gmail apps. Plus up to 10users. Now 1users usd5 monthly,if 10users 12months is usd 600!

u can still get a domain of your own and then get FREE email hosting from Microsoft with that domain
