Very tiring....

think of it in a positive light ba. I've had very anal bosses/clients in the past and it rly trained me to strive for perfection and take note of fine details in my work gradually

Guys, your input , opinion, suggestions please.

Share your thoughts and experiences.
The best way is to accept them for who they are and educate them that if they want perfection, they would have to do it themselves and don't blame others for not meeting their own standards.

I had a not so bad experience with this jhk lead.
there is a program error.
naturally I called the support .
while on the phone with support, he very rude that chip in half way while I am with the support.
very angry.
told me it is very bad to chip in while others are talking.
yet he do this right in front of m6 own eye.
this one is like slapping his own face left and right.

today my dear jhk lead forgot to do a task (which is somehow very important not to be missed).
my department colleague informed me and i quickly settle it , then told my jhk you forgot to do.
His eye widened and mouth open and frooze there for few second and looks worry that department will complain. I assure him, it is ok, very normal, already done and nothing wrong.
