How to determine when to book ticket?

Hi,

I want to book a ticket to PENANG from SINGAPORE, but how do you know whether it is cheap? Any way to determine???

Same as what you do with other purchases. Shop around and compare. If you do it way in advance of your trip, you should have a pretty good idea of what is a cheap fare.

i was comparing the fare for tiger airway, jetstar, air asia and scoot; to be frank, the price are about the same.

if price is abt the same, then check their timing, see which u'd prefer

IMO, i'm not picky abt their services. Flight to Penang is only abt 1 hour.
U may wana consider luggage allowance though
