I received a form about a Rights Issue . It says that can apply at ATM. I went to an ATM, but couldn't find it.
Iirc, there was something about Rights, but when I pressed there... nothing about Rights came up.
I have odd lot in a company, so I want to buy extra shares to round it up

don't need to do via ATM, can do via CDP website.
