Start a course

Popular short cut:

  1. List down all the possible skills.
  2. Don't actually learn any of them.
  3. Find out enough about them to sound like you've done it.
  4. Produce a ppt presentation.
  5. Learn one skill: get people excited about greed.
  6. Start course titled, "10 secret skills that will allow you to quit your job next year".

u r asking us to predict a trend for u. being able to to predict the future can bring in HUGE returns. that's the skill i wish you would know. How would the stock markets perform in 3 months? Can you use MACD or stochastics to calculate the impeding bull or bear? that's the skills you will need to learn. financial institutions would be eager to hire you.

If u think u can't do it, then do what almost all successful people like steve and bill gates had done: practice the 10k hr rule. if u don't know what i'm talking about, google it.

Otherwise, just get a job.

Uncle here pours a bucket of icy H20 over your naive head lah.

Since Steve Jobs is your idol, why not google his famous commencement speech given at Stanford a few years back. Think hard on what he said. Talk to some older guys you respect. I hope you have enough "luck" to learn from the wisdom. Too bad that I could not attend the event as I have already left the place many years ago.

Uncle here good mood to give you another few words of wisdom from a billionaire 70+yo trader I know. A carpenter who does the same job he did on the first year over the next twenty years will still be a carpenter. A carpenter who seeks to improve his skill slightly every year for the next twenty years will be a master. Hey, it is in the hard work and the heart on the work. Start with any skill that you love to learn or at least not hate to learn. One thing leads to another thing and then another thing and on and on. You never know what will turn out. But be prepared!

I am not speaking to you. I don't think you can understand.
