how to know the company or management is toxic or not during interview? what are the traits to observe?

Can't tell at interview.

Even if you can assess everything until zhun zhun right before you accept offer, no guarantee good guys won't leave and toxic guys won't join after you come on board.
True, unless you have my kind of experience. I went for a second interview at the same company 6 months later (re-applied) and ended up crying. The interviewer was going to be my boss if I had taken on the job. This is the first time I cried during an interview. Looking back, I should have just stood up, gave that lady interviewer a piece of my mind, and walked out.

problem is problem but when they try to mask it under the disguise of "family", they're trying to manipulate or blackmail u saying if u kena stabbed u need to close one eye. coz we're family. i call it bullsh1t :(
