i think can. mobo usb header should still be sending power when PC is off. then is white LED strip must find out how to power 8-10V

I even own a B&W transparent LCD display alarm clock when i was a kid back in the early 2000s.

You can use a miniature high angle projector like those you see in SLS and apply a transparent projector screen film on the acrylic panel.
