I use needle to prick it out , works for me . But I ever saw an entertainment show interviewing a dr , the dr recommended using those injection needle from pharmacy to prick the milias out for hygiene purposes.

Not really - I had before and it was done at Gangnam Laser Clinic. I dont remember it being very costly but I suppose it depends on the extent of it. Mine was not severe

I think aesthetic places have this laser-like thing that can help to burn off your millia seeds..? my friend did hers at one place and I legit saw the millia seed burnt and coming out (was in the room with her for moral support). It's instant lol.
