How to solve PayPal problem

Hi guy,

It seem PayPal very not user friendly.
I got a account I not been using and I want to use it to transfer money. I transfer 100 dollar and it is locked inside.

I send 20 plus email and it all reply with about same message. No one really tried to solve and answer my question.

I guess my 100 dollar stuck inside.

Transfer to who? Send email to who?

I thgt just put their email and u can transfer to them. I have done that many times.

How long the fund was inside?

It say my account is limited and was created when I was 18 years old.
Say 180 day will then enable to transfer back.
I ask them why enable me to transfer money into these account if there is problem with it. But all reply seem same...I think from India ...all cut and paste.
I got created another account...no problem linking bank and debit. I tried sent to the other account but always error ....

Haiz...email support really no existent...

I never had issues with Paypal. Maybe they don't understand what you need.

Don't do illegal stuff. Funds transfer can be illegal depending on the purpose. Seems like your transfer was suspicious and was flagged. You will need to prove and justify why you did the transfer.

You should transfer from bank to broker.
When you transfer from bank to PayPal, you lost 5% as PayPal exchange rate is generally 5% worse then market rate. When you transfer from PayPal to broker, PayPal takes another 5 to 8% before it reach your broker.

They use machine to reply you. Hardly any real person to look into customer issue.

Broker accepts PayPal but not bank transfer or credit card?

Broker can bank transfer and credit card.
I created another PayPal account and already done the transfer using debit.
All ok.

It my old account which I last time created but never used before. My 100dollar still trapped inside. I don't think can take out already

Bank account cannot, but PayPal can. Many people make use of this to "cheat" (PayPal/Ebay so call the buyer protection). So value item please send via register post.

Link your phone number to your account, call their hotline, and enter the support PIN in the Contact Us page. They should be able to immediately access your account.
