To spot roundabout answers, look for these signs:

*Verbal Cues*

1. *Vagueness*: Answers lacking specific details or clarity.
Example: "It's complicated," "I'm not sure," or "It's a long story."
2. *Evasion*: Changing the subject, diverting attention, or ignoring the question.
3. *Ambiguity*: Using unclear or open-ended phrases.
Example: "I'll look into it" or "We'll see."
4. *Jargon or technical terms*: Using complex language to obscure the answer.
5. *Repeating questions or statements*: Avoiding direct answers by rephrasing.
6. *Inconsistent and contracting statements make to make sound very logical.

*Nonverbal Cues*

1. *Body language*: Avoiding eye contact, fidgeting, or crossing arms.
2. *Tone and pitch*: Nervous laughter, hesitant tone, or raised pitch.
3. *Pauses or delays*: Taking time to respond or asking for clarification.
4. * Trying hard to fake a serious look on the face

*Logical Fallacies*

1. *Red herring*: Introducing unrelated information to distract.
2. *Deflection*: Shifting focus to another topic or person.
3. *False equivalence*: Comparing unrelated concepts.
4. *Circular reasoning*: Repeating oneself without providing new information.
