Heatiness the throat will give u a bit signal and won't act up one. Quickly drink lots of cooling drink will be back to normal liao.

Eh my covid the same leh... It never become as bad as full sore throat, just scratchy to mildly uncomfortable.

You can try 2 packets of herbal tea ( the most powerful one with antelope powder ). One packet in the morning, and one packet after dinner. This remedy works for heaty. (cheaper)

If the above does not work, buy ART. (more expensive)

Sore throat could also mean that you have screamed/shouted very recently also.

So if swallow saliva got pain, high chance is +ve if there are other accompanying symptoms(runny nose/fever).
If no other symptoms are present, you could still ART, or just drink more water and hope it will subside.
