How to test a processor without motherboard?

Anyone bros here have a way to test the functionality of a processor without a motherboard?

I have been given an i5 (Haswell i5-4590) that I'm hoping to use, but don't have a compatible motherboard to test and check if it still is functional before I invest in buying a motherboard for it.

Any recommended shop that can help to test it for cheap (<$25)? Not much of a point if testing it is too expensive
