How to test PSU extension cables

Hi guys, anybody here can help and advise how to test my PSU extension cables to make sure all the power supply to my system is running smoothly?

I just bought my PSU extension cables from Taobao and they dont clip that well with my motherboard and GPU. I am able to use my PC but how do i check to make sure everything is working fine?

Erm how detailed do you want?

Buy oscilloscope, clip to GPU 12V connector, set trigger to 98% of average value?

Furmark for 24 hours and see if errors?

Do some CPu / GPU stress testing/benchmarking. If you dun smell any burn on psu / mobo side, it should be ok. If not crimp properly, at most your psu will auto shut off if it has that feature.

Without a proper crimp, the cable will detach from the eps connector once u pulled the cable. Try secure by catching the latch by the clip.
