From iPhone A to iPhone B.

A total clone, possible?

What will happen to SMS? Does it follow hp or SIM card?

What iOS are you on? Use iCloud to back up. It'll backup most things including contact photos SMS emails apps etc. if no iCloud use iTunes via a laptop. Same.

Backup from old phone - restore the backup on new phone - done. It's simple and easy. That's apple for you. ;)

For apps data, dont worry if the apps do not appear in your new ip. Simply reinstall the apps and the data will be restored.
