What i provide them for verification:
- My NRIC with full name
- NRIC Photo(Front & Back)
- Selfie of my face for verification

Failed to verify. anyone can help?

You must have a mainland Chinese bank card in order to carry out real name verification for Alipay. If not, forget about it for now.

（1）该卡需要是中国大陆发行的卡

海外用户可提供：护照（上传时提交基本身份信息页+入境盖章页）

LoL. I don't think your Singapore NRIC is relevant for Alipay which is a mainland-China payment mode.
