How to verify full duplex with Buffalo linkstation

Hi,

I have Buffalo Linkstation-QVL NAS . Trying to get best backup speed.

I have dedicated Netgear Gb Ethernet connected directly to the Linkstation.

How to verify full-duplex?

The backup taking looong time.

I am using Windows 7 Pro.
