HP DV6 heating issue

My HP DV6-6171TX keeps having heating issue, despite putting a cooler master cooling fan at the bottom of the laptop. Send in to service centre still having this problem. Bought it last year March using IT show. After 1 year heating problem starts.

Running on Win 8 Pro, with 8gb ddr3, 1GB Radeon HD6770M.

Do you clean your fan? If you move your pc everywhere or it always work in places with a lot of people/dust you will need to clean it every few months.
