Sim Lim Square those back alley shops will have replacement screen. Remeber to compare prices. Water very deep there.
I changed screen twice with different models of laptop. I even bought once and change myself. Other time just lazy and paid the shop to change. Around $150 depending on size and model. Replacement screen usually not the same quality as the original screen. After a while you no longer can tell the difference.
