Many places have it now. You may want to check out Challenger stores, or just walk around Funan You can tell from its distinctive blue colour! Make sure you don't pay above $349 for it. Some shops sell it at above $349 which is a joke IMO.

Best is to buy direct from HP online to enjoy free 2nd year warranty.

To a certain extent, yes. You probably won't want to use it as your main laptop. But you can always pop in a 64GB SDcard, map the SDcard to your C:\ drive and you should be able to do most things with it. The laptop isn't exactly fast in the first place, so for Dropbox documents and all having it on the SD card shouldn't affect performance that much.

By the way, I want to highlight also that you can purchase the laptop from this Qoo10 shop called HPSingshop. Recently they were offering a huge discount on the Stream 8 tablet and 11 laptop; I suspect the Stream 13 is next.

I did my own research about this shop and even contacted HP to ask if they're a valid/authorised reseller etc, and surprisingly they are.

Do note that you won't get the 2nd/3rd year warranty and freebies if you buy from Qoo10.
