Hp technician no show

Hi all, my hp technician is supposedly to come down
to do a headphone jack replacement for my desktop before 5pm today.
However, the technician is no show.

How to deal with this unprofessional technician?

technician sometime can be late if they get delay by previous appointment.
Specially now due to the virus, alot of trade lack technician or are overloaded with servicing request.

This thread got no one to help you call HP for you. Same as talking about your problems to the wall. Nothing will happen.

That’s nothing much we can do for you. HP our source their service. Also consider the situation now, they will be delay, esp if they take longer time to troubleshoot the issue before you. Plus they need to travel. If they never come today, log a complaint to them.
