Yes. I did. Not all the way though. The us part also needs to do?
how to do a CKA halfway? is either you finish or don't finish rite..? then when finished they will tell you the result is valid until which date.

Anyway I think CKA no mentioning of US... some other assessment (can't remember which one) just asking you whether you are a taxed US resident

Thank you for all the above replies and I tried to buy one share of SBO, Lionglobal short duration bond. The low price of the day is 1.003, high is 1.004, so I tried to buy at 1.004, not successful and I followed by buying at 1.005,l still not sucessful.
I received the following message from my email. "Buy Order for 1 shares of SBO unexecuted and expired." Any further advise. To @Alwaysb, do you receive the same message as mine.

try buy at 1.10 or 1.02 (might be a system issue that dont accept less than 1 cent - heck it is only 10 cents or 2 cent more just for bid purposes but actual when successful is less)

I followed your advise and bid at $1.10, still I receive the same email. "Buy Order for 1 shares of SBO unexecuted and expired."

For my UT bought in Aug and sold in Oct, still eligible as "Customer with wealth holdings"?
Actually such status can be valid for how long? SCB is for six months, right?

Here is talking about HSBC.

For scb bonus saver, 6 months is correct from account opening

Wealth holdings means you have to HOLD the wealth product. It applies for both HSBC EGA and SC eSaver.
It is different from SC Bonus Saver invest, where you can sell immediately after buying.

dont need to buy tomorrow. you can try to place a buy now and set your order date up to 4 days ahead. see if the problem goes away, good luck.

tried by call and it took an hour, was surprised it was still not done 2 weeks later when i went to the bank last week.

so filled up a form at the bank, need to check that this is now done properly (rm away on holiday).

my giro is big at $100k so i certainly dont want to pay at both ends (plus big cash transfer now might be stopped by banks given mas guidelines).

Tried to do it via chat agent, but need to figure out how to confirm it is indeed terminated though

it was not in my case, and i spent one full hour with the person on phone.
was at bank last week and to my surprise it wasnt.
Noticed since 1 Nov, it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone or via chat, wonder if they let go a bunch of customer service staff. Getting more concerned if need to move funds out.
