You will need to initiate the transfer again after 5mins from call ending, valid for 24hours, within this time you can transfer any amount. Any longer will have risk of restriction again.
Call in doesn't work for me at all. Cos the cs doesn't know anything. She only ask me wait for fraud team to call me as the block is picked up by the system and fraud team is the only one who is able to unblock.
I transfer 1k less than 50% mark but was blocked. After I call cs I still need to wait like an hour or 2 for the fraud team to call me. It is really up to the team how busy they are to call back. There's nothing I could do but to wait.
The last 2 or 3 times, the local CS has been able to process for me. How they handle the backend I don't know, but I didn't have to wait for the India fraud team to call me.
Mine was quite a while back. Maybe they change their way of doing things.

Did you keep the tnc for nov25? If you sms registered in nov. Nov promo should be 2mths only nov n dec. You can sms participate in jan but do note reference month incremental balance for jan is based on dec balance. So if you have funds in dec, might not be worth it. You can double check with cs to confirm you were registered for nov promo which is nov and dec 2mths only.
