HT Home award

Hi all, does anybody know the procedures for HOME award?
What should i do now?
Advice from anybody here would be great.Thanks in advance


(Background Info)
I already went for the BMI & Psychometric test,Panel interview with big shots from the various home team agencies(e.g SPF,SCDF,SPS,CNB,ICA).
I also received an email from HT , enquiring on my PES status and that they are processing my application.

Yes,i did applied for it.Just wanted to know how long is the waiting process after each procedure.
