unrelated note, can I use my old HTC charger head(the one that came with the m7) to charge the 10? I know the cable cannot la cause I'm a bit skeptical about quick charge

Works but need USB c cable or adapter. However I don't think the quick charge works.

If the old charger head less than 2A, den probably cannot.

My Nikin screen protector came. the packaging more atas than the screen protector itself

using m8 many moons ago, forgot how I transfer data from m7 to m8.
Now m10 coming, so gurus, pls advise which backup to use, HTC or ?

Settings, backup and restore.
When setting up 10, you can restore from HTC or Google.

For WhatsApp, Go to settings, Chats, Chat backup to backup to Google Drive. Restore from 10

I use photobucket. I read some use ingur (correct spelling)? Photobucket got app, plenty of free storage to upload. Once uploaded, click on pic, look for `copy link to clipboard', then click on the IMG link. I will auto copy. Then paste on your post. Thats it.

Mike bro is right. Either use HTC or Google Drive.

HTC, try using HTC Transfer toop App.
Google, I suggest before your login in your new phone, sync all your stuff to Google in the old phone first. Settings, Apps, auto sync. If u want to sync all your pics, go Photos app (by Google), look on top row for Device Folder, select the albums to sync. Alternatively, just use your desktop to transfer also can.

the HTC transfer tool is damn good for transferring contacts and photos/media! real smooth transferring data from my m4 to the 10

Yep u can. USB via PC also can. Quick charge can. I'm even sharing quick charge from my daughter's S6 plug LOL
