No, you've misunderstood the discussion.

Android Pay is phone-to-reader, which mostly works on the 10 because the phone is simply acting like an NFC tag while the reader at the counter does the hard work.

The big problem faced by users is phone-to-card, where the 10 has problems reading EZLink and FlashPay cards, as well as transport cards from other countries.

If u want to, u can download the EZLink or FlashPay apps from the app store and try to read your cards.

I am currently using 2 lines and 2 phones. Very inconvenient. So thought of selling off the HTC 10 and getting Oneplus 3 since it's dual sim.

So no need to lug 2 phones whenever I go.
How I wish it was dual sim.

It is a great phone. I rooted it and it became even better.
