We are a small market after all. :(

Sadly that's the micro thinking of most businesses. A fan anywhere is a fan worth keeping. Even if its a small market, one should cater to their thoughts and loyalty. Doesn't need to spend lots to interact with fans. Making them appreciated is worth it.

Whoever bashes you let me know :crazy:

Haha on a lighter note, this forum (and all respected phone gurus here) have experience with plenty of hands on time with various makes and models - so they speak and address concerns from their experience stand point of view as opposed to just brand bashing and fan boyism seen on other forums outside hardwarezone

I guess with electronics it depends on "Heng" / "Suay" - some swear by a brand cause it's reliable. Quite "heng" so far - about 1 year and 3 months into my ownership of my Galaxy S6 (first batch) - still works like a dream. :) - no visits to the service center as well.

Other Samsungs I previously had are the S4 (apart from bad battery life, it's basically reliable) & a Note 4 ( had a dead pixel that's about it)

Sis is currently about 7 months into using her Galaxy S6 as well ( no reported issues), Mom (formerly on a S4 Plus and current Note 5 user).

Co-currently using an iPhone 6S as well - it's a simple well performing work horse and one that is imo built like a tank - sustained various drops - with slight dents, but still marching on.

Thanks Intrinion bro. Then I will ask her if wants to give S6 a shot. Saw it on promo too in Samsung store and lighter on the pocket. Teenagers don't really need so much processing power. More juice & wifi make their day :) True to what u say too, really heng suay. Thanks once again!

My sister is using a S5 now, all seems good and her previous S3 is still working fine.
The latest S7 series should be good, or else the upcoming iPhone 7 seems good too though seems to be the same as 6s.. :o

Thanks bro amazingone for the reassurance too!

Dont mention it Bro.

Yup agree with your views on it. Having a good social networking team (one that never sleeps - like Oppo) is a great start. Had a minor issue with my Find 7A when it first launched. Would never forgot how Oppo took care of it - and even replied via Facebook messanger late in the evenings on a saturday night (was about 10+ Pm)

S6 does still pack a punch - would still be able to compete with modern flagships but on a lesser budget.

One thing to note is that being a former flagship, it may not get much firmware updates anymore - but there's nothing much to worry about if updates are not your concern.

Another option would be to go for Xiaomi phones - extremely good value with nice specs - the Mi max and Redmi Note 3 are the ones that are worth checking out.

Thanks for the reassurance again bro.

I got upgraded to Marshmellow on my old M8 :) Hope Samsung supports upgrade at least 2 years.
