Pretty sure the listing has many errors. Says dual sim but at the bottom it says "slim (sp) slots: 1". This is confusing. And yes it is supposed to be quad core.

it is a little bit stupid though. those specs can be easily found on google, yet they can have such a major screw up and calling the SD820 a dual core processor.

Well, i was eagerly waiting until i see it dragged till 14 of august for it to be available for telcos(most likely). I can't wait and went to get Huawei P9 Plus instead because my M8 isn't charging well already

If HTC pushes for release to local telcos as soon as possible, this scenario of ship jumping won't happen for some of us waiting for that phone. Taking around 4 months for their spring/summer release and LG, Asus and Samsung is already planning for brand new releases in the 3rd quarter of 2016. HTC really wants to go invisible in the war of the smartphones isn't it...
