Lazada replied no replacement, Return and Refund if I want. Actually I knew it is probably 32GB but trying the luck because the export set already selling $800 without mini+ and case so price is about there with local warranty. Of course after telco in market price will drop further surely.

But still Beh Song as the invoice stated 64GB actually. Hahaha... will see what to do next.

I quite curious HTC local warranty go where?

Did your set come with a 32gb SD card?
and is it dual sim? lol.

Hi to answer your question, I have checked with htc sales manager and he has said that all telcos will be carrying the htc 10 on August 15. Variant will only be the 32GB one. Colours unknown.

Advertise 64gb and invoiced for 64gb, and say they fulfill the 64gb order by shipping 32gb model with 32sd card.

It takes a kind of special person to believe and continue supporting HTC after this

Have earpiece but not sure how to check whether it is hi res or not. Box stated HI-Res Audio in earpiece compartment so I guess it is.

By the way, received reply from Lazada below

"We received an advise from the seller about what happen on the internal memory as there was a mistake of stating the phone is 64GB instead of 32GB. We would like to ask for your understanding that mistakes sometimes happen despite the numerous checks and measures. Rest assured that we will use this learning to improve our services.

We would like to offer you two options:
1. Cancel and refund
2. Keep the item and receive a FREE 32GB Sandisk SD Card."

Maybe will return and wait for Samsung Note 7. But Samsung product quality really depend on luck, some ok some lemon based on personal experience. My friend now banned Samsung after his last S6 experience and went back to Iphone.

That special kind of person is called a Fan. Sometimes, liking something or someone, no matter how imperfect it (phone or car) or she is (gf or wife), needs no explanation, its personal preference. All one needs is have peace with your own choice and be happy. If not a fan, move on but there is really no need to pour one's misery to others. Stay happy or just stay out.

Just like a certain `Adrian Ang' in HTC Singapore FB thread, until fans told him off.....

Yes, agree they should make amends. Not sure if this is a Lazada mistake or HTC's. Whatever it is, HTC should have not allowed this to happen. I feedback this to HTC 2 days ago while at their service centre trying to revive my M7.

Just cancel and get refund and wait until the street mobile shop get the stock, should be cheaper & didn't give the useless accessories

my gut feel is that it was a mistake

but the way htc handled the mistake leave a lot to be desired

a simply acknowledgement and apology will be better served than some mumble jumbo about 32gb storage +32gb card

I will never trust to buy htc...even the nexus phones

Ok but seriously all these marketing aside, name me technically how samsung or sony phones are superior? Oneplus 3 is at a better price point which i will agree.
