I have went to several starhub stores to check on HTC previously. Most staff responded that Sh no longer carry HTC phones.

But then again, one staff actually shared with me that HTC is of the best vendor which offers SH alot sales benefit compared to other brands. But the brand exposure just collasped because of poor marketing and brand awareness.

i had sent the director an email last weekend on StarHub case. lets hope he come back on it.

HTC offered Star "Huat" a lot of sales benefit ? What was that, wow !!!

Seems Star "Huat" really stopped selling HTC phones

Going to visit service center...the NFC not working. Tried using ezlink mobile app. Totally no sound thought the icon is on.
For the guys waiting...if u need NFC please reconsider. many people complaining this issue and it is unresolved by software.

BTW service center need bring receipt?

i thin is the app not the nfc, i tried the ez link app to both on my m9 and 10 dont wor. But i tried android beam to each phone and it worked =.=

just go buy from lazada a set.
your contract go get ip7 resell so much better. lol.

Izzit..just tried at store tap at phone home page then Android pay app comes out and ask retrying n terminal failed...tried many times still failed.

The Android Pay NFC works for me fine leh. I has been using it last Sunday for Watson, NTUC Fairprice, 7-Eleven and a retail shop purchases. All works fine except for one time at 7-Eleven when I'm trying to purchase thing for second time at the same 7-Eleven.

I'm just tested scanning my Ezlink card with the My EZ-Link Mobile apps, it works for me.

Is that my card problem? But I using it for Grab app without problem. Is the NFC issue. Vibrating awhile then failed.

Well, try to position your EZlink card chip at the top left corner (beside your Camera and LED flash) behind your phone. If still can not, then may be visit the HTC Service Center.

Have you checked if there's any HTC updates not installed?
