Just bought a 32GB HTC 10 for my Dad, to replace his Nexus 5x.

Any recommendations for glass screen protector?

Mind sharing the price and location of the 10?
Even though there are different 'grades' of sp out there, as long as we handle our phone well, it doesn't matter to me(at least) whether its a $2 or $40.

1. I'm on opera mini, not chrome and usually on wifi in school or data when travelling; data usage includes instagram, whatsapp, twitter, gmail - can last about 2 days on a full charge.

2. It's decent enough for me because I rarely use HDR

I use both Chrome and Opera and yes, it can last me the whole day (7am till about 6pm, where it will be around 15-20%). Mind you, I also use a lot of FB and play a few videos & games in between.

As for the HDR preview, its long enough, but like the other user here, I don't use it very often. The standard camera's quality is really good btw. Try looking around carousell or other threads to see if you can get your hands ona display set... all the best!

I check for app updates about every 2 days and today I found over 10 'new apps' that suddenly require an update - some even as old as 2 weeks ago??

Am running 7.0 via the OTA months back and on stock; latest play store version updated as well!

It takes times for some updates to reach certain regions serverside. Don't worry it's normal!

Thanks ! Based on your picture, HTC 10 should be using 802.11ac 2x2 module meaning 866 Mbps link speed. But seems like there a something preventing your HTC 10 from attaining the max link speed despite having excellent Wi-Fi reception.

I know I shouldn't be posting it here, but I letting go my HTC 10. Do pm me if anyone is interested. Just sent in for RMA, LCD and mobo replaced, so handset as good as new. (Bonus with 3 month extend warranty)
