Amazon only have WiFi model.
Best buy have LTE model.

Personally, I don't see the use of LTE on a tablet, i.e., extra cost to maintain a sim card just for data, while mobile data is very expensive in SG. Still better to use my phone wifi hotspot with 3G 12GB data. And it's not like we're using the tablet more than our phone.

It depend on your tablet size. I use my nexus 7 2013 more than my phone... If I'm going to get nexus 9, it will be a different case as can't possibly use on the go as nexus 7 2013

If order from Amazon, any idea if warranty and repair can be done by the HTC service centre here or need to find Amazon?

Assume amazon, until it is confirmed by htc that it is international warranty (not likely imho though)

Don't think will have international warranty.
N7 does thought.

N7 was made by Asus, hence got International warranty. Asus has International warranty coverage, i.e., anything you buy from Asus has International warranty, including laptops, phones, tablets, etc. Based on what I read of HTC warranty T&C, HTC only supports local warranty, no International warranty. Correct me if I am wrong.

Quoted fm Amazon :

"Within the short return period you deal with Amazon. After that you deal with the manufacture HTC"

Short period which i assume is within 30 days
