for me i rather wait a few mths for more stable os updates and even resolving the build quality and screen bleed issue... i believe google and htc will resolve all these issues given the huge commotion blew up by netizens and youtubers...

My biggest complaint so far:

1) battery life quite bad, not tablet calibre
2) cannot double tap to zoom in broswer (e.g. when surfing edmw) when in landscape mode. But this is android's problem, not specific to Nexus 9.
3) heat emission. Never experience any device before which can be so hot that it cause a burning sensation (metal rim at that area). Almost can use it to iron clothes already.

Which build are you on ? LRX21L, Q or R ?

Make sure you're on the latest R version. Huge improvement over Q and especially L.

Like I said ... HUGE improvement.

Eg, on ver R, closing Chrome doesn't result in home screen refresh anymore.

Also, battery can now last almost 1 week if you leave the N9 on standby all the way. Previously on L, only 2 to 3 days max.

Maybe u got a lemon set.

When I first got my N9 it was on L and it was so bad that I almost wanted to dispose it off. Now on R its a lot better, not quite as polished as the iPad Air 2 (or even my ex-Air) but at least I now have the urge to use it.

lazada seller normally not much issues. in fact their delivery is pretty top notch. gary bro, your nexus 9 is ordered just this monday right? so abt 2 days to receive from the kile seller?
