gold M8 was one of the prettiest phones at that time. a much more refined version of the M7.

not the biggest fan of the squarish camera on the M9 and the finish.... plus SD810.

the HTC 10 is probably my favourite for this HTC design language, but too bad also the last. the red colour one is

A pity the red one wasn't available locally then. The only thing I disliked about the 10 is the position of the 3.5 port.

HTC at it's second peak.
Weirdly they later released the butterfly 2 and desire eye, which while plastic actually had better specs, in terms of camera and water resistance!

In other words HTC had a common template/platform for its 2014 phones, beginning with the M8
-One e8: plastic unibody, 13mp camera without depth sensor, no USB OTG or IR blaster
-One M8 with windows phone
-One M8 eye with 13mp camera, no IR blaster
-Butterfly 2. Plastic unibody, 13mp camera and depth sensor, IR blaster, IP57 water resistance (originally made for AU by KDDI in Japan)
-Desire eye (dual 13mp cameras, 5.2" screen, IP57 water resistance, no depth sensor)
