Yea, the third party graph is pretty accurate. Based on the past two days of usage, my U11 battery is on par with my 7 Plus, I've got all the bells and whistles on as well so I'm very happy with the battery life.

Question to everyone here, do you enable the following?
1. Google Now/Feed
2. Google 'ok google' always on detection
3. Sense Companion
4. Location history
5. UA Record / Steps tracking

How's your battery?

For me I have only 3,4,5 enabled

So glad to hear the battery life is measuring up to what the reviewers are saying!! I'm also interested in your experiences with the camera - especially its low-light capabilities and HDR Boost mode. Have seen some shots here and on Instagram that look great. I ask because I'm currently using a Nexus 6P, and adore the camera. Does the U11's live up to the hype?

Personally, I'm researching the U11 because I cracked the screen on my Nexus 6P a few days ago - it still works but it's quite unsightly and far more fragile now (don't think will survive another drop), so I may have to retire it to use as a back-up phone. At first was thinking of holding out for a Pixel or Pixel 2, but think I've talked myself out of it now 'cause the Pixel is so expensive and there won't be local servicing/support/warranty for a long time yet.

As a result, I'm in the market for a new phone and the U11 caught my eye ;) I was using an M8 before my Nexus 6P, and loved it (until the battery started dying). So I'm really glad to see all the good reviews for HTC's latest!

BTW, I think demand for the phone is pretty high! I walked by Red White Mobile on Monday night and popped in to see if there was a demo handset I could play with. They're sold out, and the people there made sure to let me know that the earlier price of $835 might change when new stock comes in (earliest Thursday). Oh dear, I hope the street price doesn't go up too much - but it might if the U11 is very popular!

I've got 1, 2 and 3 enabled. Blink feed is on as well. Not using live wallpaper.

If you loved the M8, the U11 is going to impress you. It's a whole lot faster, leaner, and camera is top notch. Just make sure to adjust the exposure if it's overexposed as others pointed out that it has a tendency to do that.

The two things I preferred the M8 over the U11 was the dual front facing speakers and the metal body. The U11's design is gorgeous but I can't use it without a case due to it being a super fingerprint magnet. Right now there isn't much accessories available yet so it's worth to wait a little if you absolutely need to use cases and screen protectors
