This seems to be a common issue on u11 where the bottom of the screen like got bleeding and uneven light. Can check out display set in stalls, most seem to have this.

there's no guarantee that replacement screens wouldn't have this issue, so unless the bleeding is horrible, i don't recommend it.
It very hard for me to unsee the bleeding due to my office montior bleed, my office secondly montior also bleed and my house montior also bleed =( like my life bleeding haha

=( should I send it to service Centre or live with it

Depends on whether you can live with it. For me, since other units also same issue, I don't mind as the screen bleed is not too obvious unless I go and pixel peep. I rather just enjoy my U11 (which is a great phone) than worry about this.

All handphones to my experience will have some sort of issue brought about by mass production. My S8+ has a pink bank on one side of the screen (I'm choosing to live with it), my former Sony phone has a notably blurrier camera than my friends using the same model. So it's what defect you can choose to put up with.

Do you have a pic of the screen bleeding issue? I checked a few demo sets but doesn't notice any issue at the bottom of the screen. Maybe my eyes is playing tricks on me.

That's cool. What's your usage like?

Facebook, Taobao, browser surfing (~3hrs), whatsapp, gaming (~30mins), youtube (~1 hr) and bluetooth music (~3hrs).

Both wifi and cellular data on.
Mic for google assistant and Edge sense always on.
Display brightness around 35%.
Republic News disabled.

Super Backup has served me well so far for contacts, calendar and sms migration.
Can skip the app backup since it does not backup the app data at all.
Whatsapp has to be backup separately though.

Contacts, calendar, whatsapp, wifi settings and some other settings - backup to Google.

SMS & call history - I use SMS backup & restore app - also auto upload to Google Drive.

Audio/video/files - Google Drive/Photos.

It does not matter whether it's HTC or other brands. Some of the above also can be used to migrate from fruit to android.
