What was the initial problem that you sent your phone to the service center?

Battery problems. Severe drain and unable to charge to 100%.

My phone has never been the same after coming back from svc ctr.

Try to avoid sending it in, if possible

I read in some overseas forum that someone suggested this.... The quick charge is like a "chin chye rush rush" charge.... hence the battery depletes fast while a slow charger is like a "quality" charge.... Something like that, lol, give it a try though.

I doubt that is correct. Unlike human where you can anyhow eat (didn't chew the food enough) and cause indigestion problem, charging battery is either you charge it or you don't.

Not sure if this was shared before. Since we're still waiting for Oreo, these two apk helps to introduce the new navigation introduced with the U11+, namely slide up for app launcher and swipe down anywhere for notifications (Sense Home) and Edge Launcher (super awesome) . Go to page two for the updated version of Sense Home.

The battery life seems to be improved and the phone is much smoother now. Only dislike the white notification shade... Much prefer the dark one in nougat.

Just checked, that dark notification only is available on Oreo 8.1, not 8.0 though: Android 8.1 feature spotlight: Automatic light and dark themes no longer exclusive to Pixel 2 - Android Police

After updating, the mobile data icon of dashboard widget (from htc8) seems disabled.

The battery life for u11 indeed improved. The screen saver mode is cool. If only it got the option to turn on like ambient display. Then it will work like always on screen.

Brand new?...mine just broke
