Updated on the new thread with pics from my U12+. So far so good. Definitely the best HTC phone I've used :)

Got mine from Lazada, HK version. Only left black and red, so got black. (blue super popular I guess)
I'm liking it but I guess I'm living on the edge (sense), since no warranty.
The camera is good and I dont have problems with the buttons as negatively reviewed. I got a spigen transparent case and works well with the edge sense. The Tudia Merge case is hard to squeeze as it has a hard back plate (for protection but at a price) You can also set the sensitivity of the edge sense to lower to avoid mis-trigger.

Thanks for the heads up! Is it T&L telecom the vendor on Lazada? How's your experience so far when you placed the order?

Yes, from T & L. Originally, I placed an order for blue but they did not indicate that they have no more stocks on the page itself, only communicated when I made payment. So they adviced me to change to black which they had stocks. So, they cancelled my order so I had to make another order with the black. So, if buying, pls do a check with them first to avoid having to get the reversal payment done.

As for the packaging, it is packed in a much larger box, they also included an international adapter. However, the package is not sealed so I'm thinking they did this to check if the unit is working before shipping.

As this is a HK unit, it will follow HK side for OTA updates, which could be different timing as TW ones. I am not sure if I can flash another region RUU, is this even possible?

I think HK ones follow TW closely if I am not wrong.
Anyway thanks for your help man!
I already getting my friend to get it just pending some queries from the lads here who have the phone.
