htpc budget $1k need help

I'm looking to get a htpc next month. Mainly will be use for streaming movie from my main pc , online.
Requirements.
Nice small looking casing. dont mind price
Less noise
Ssd
Window 7
Wireless keyboard with mouse pad
Will connect it via hdmi to AVR (still searching)
Remote control for xbmc ?
Also wanna get a router

Dont mind the price if it over by abit
