Want to build a htpc for the living room.

Main use will be to stream sports - sopcast, flash site.
Watch movies, mkv 1080p.
Torrent - long hours.

Budget $300 but want to keep cost as low as possible.

Will need os. No need mouse/keyboard.

Windows already cost at least 1/3 of your budget and a basic CPU and mobo bundle will eat up another 1/3.. What can your remaining $100 buy for the rest?
