yes.. updated to the latest security patch.

Because this issue is more prevalent in browsers on Windows 10.

There's no problem with the site's current certificate. Still works for most of us.

Clear your browsing data. It's possible that the browser is cached on an older expired certificate.

clear browsing cache. still the same.

Windows 7 still showing non-secure as well.

Then try the following.

When the “This site is not secure” pop-up shows up, click on Continue to this website (not recommended) option at the very bottom of it.

1. Select Certificate Error option next to the red Address Bar;
2. Click View Certificates on the information window.
3. Select Install Certificate and follow the on-screen instructions;
4. Click Yes on the dialog to proceed.

Meanwhile, the admins will try to get the backend team to check the validity of the certificates.

Then you'd have to wait for an answer from the admins after they have investigated.

Websites do not have SSL cert may consider as insecure.

Click on both websites Microsoft &or Ebay.

In the address bar click on the Lock icon and see what it indicated;

Certificate = Valid


Note: Some forums websites have no certificate.
