hi, anyone taken a train from bkk to hua hin? which station shld i alight? any indication on the price? how about taking a private transport? any recommendation?

I have taken the third class train from Bangkok to Hua Hin. My Thai friend says it is now free (maybe for the Thais). I paid THB44/person.

You alight at the Hua Hin train station.

Private transport - can google them. Depending on your negotiation skill, THB2,500 upwards one-way. Cheaper if u nego for return trip.
