Hualien + Kending

Been to Taiwan couple of years back but thinking of going back again.

Enjoyed myself greatly at Hualien and Kending previously but only had time to visit the more famous spots.

Any recommendations on where I should definitely visit if I go back to the two cities again?

some places is purely for scenie viewing n foto taking only.
