Depend of which area, north side EC, normally after MOP, the price is similar beside area EC with only 90 years lease....

So HDB still huat better...

Have been to many condo and apartment, impression not much better than public housing. Alot the corridor also quite messy. Only impressed with limited few, which mostly are those more atas project. And think from the look most are foreigners and young people. Not local upgrader. So, think it has nothing much to do with public housing but rather human nature.
